As a key member of the Retail Operations leadership team, this role will help drive operational performance, revenue growth, employee engagement, and customer experience initiatives in support of Goodwill’s 2030 Strategic Plan and mission of building lives, families, and communities — one career at a time.

The Senior Director of Retail Logistics & E-Commerce will provide strategic and operational leadership with daily cross-functional collaboration in multiple areas including:

• Retail Logistics & Transportation Operations
• E-Commerce & Digital Business Operations
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Financial Performance & Operational Scalability
• Customer & Donor Experience Initiatives
• Data Analytics, Reporting & Operational KPIs

This leader will partner closely with Retail Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, IT, Career Services, Edgar’s Hospitality, Helms College, and executive leadership to strengthen operational consistency, workforce capability, digital commerce growth, customer experience, and organizational performance across the enterprise.

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, operationally engaged, and solutions-oriented leader who can balance high-level operational planning with hands‑on execution across a multi‑site retail and e‑commerce environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑unit retail, logistics, transportation, distribution, or e‑commerce operations
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
• Experience with inventory management systems, fulfillment operations, transportation logistics, and digital commerce platforms
• Knowledge of Goldtech software or similar retail management systems preferred
• Proven leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills
• Ability to drive operational excellence through process improvement, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience leading high‑performing operational teams within fast‑paced retail or distribution environments preferred
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational execution
• Flexibility to travel frequently between retail locations and operational sites
