EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the way today and to step into greater roles tomorrow. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will provide outstanding customer service, build solid relationships with customers, promote sales, and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items. You will also officiate opening and closing store procedures and supervise and coach store team members.

The role offers a structured career path with a 5‑week paid training program that leads to a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker, as well as a 6‑month training program for an Assistant Manager position.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Reach jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store team members.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from competition.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and manage customer needs.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics (a plus).
• Sales background (a plus).
• Bilingual (a plus).
