Assistant Store Manager

Sprouts Farmers Market -  - Responsibilities:
Lead a team of approximately ten people (all Department Managers and Receivers) with courtesy, respect, integrity, and care.;
Drive store sales and maintain compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.;
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, unloading, stocking, facing, and rotating merchandise with attention to code dates and sanitation.;
Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve communication and collaboration within store teams and store support area partners.;
Manage P&L including inventory, labor, and expenses to achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
