• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, efficient, cost-effective way
• Provide exceptional operational support
• Participate in all areas of service department
• Jewelry and watch Repair intake and management
• Sizing watches
• Answering clients inquires via phone and email
• Execute service policies and processes
• Handle client issues when applicable
• Maintain relationship with vendor service contacts

• Knowledge of Jewelry and Watches
• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
• Must have authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to operate company POS systems
