Presales Representative

Carlsbad, New Mexico

• Sells beverage products to restaurants, bars, venues and solicits new business from prospective customers.
• Provides excellent customer service to store owners and customers, resolving complaints.
• Calls on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and new business, prepares sales contracts, and interfaces with customers on location or by phone.
• Conducts business reviews, demonstrates products and services, uses samples, marketing resources, and emphasizes salient features and benefits to customers.
• Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Places price and descriptive signs on displays, transfers product from customer stock rooms to floor displays, and orders product to avoid out‑of‑stock conditions.
• Originates display ideas, constructs or assembles display aids from POS materials, estimates and coordinates delivery schedules.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
• Wears company safety equipment and uniform, presenting a professional and well‑groomed image.
• Performs other duties assigned by supervisors.

• Candidate must live in the Carlsbad, Eunice, or Jal, NM area.
• Valid driver’s license required and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Demonstrated accuracy, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and present product information clearly.
