Work Flexibility
Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and have a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary.
Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad‑hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
About the RoleWe are looking for a sales professional at heart who loves engaging with customers and colleagues – wherever that might take you. You’ll be responsible for shaping the perception of Stryker’s brand and reputation, initiating and creatively prospecting new customer relationships – especially in healthcare environments.
You’ll work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build your knowledge, skill and comfort with clinical and product knowledge as well as selling styles and techniques. They will serve as coaches and mentors to share lessons learned for how to build and grow a successful business.
You will be expected to study and prepare independently to perform at the highest levels in the operating room, working amongst surgeons and healthcare professionals. You’ll represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace, identifying and promoting solutions and selling products that change patients’ lives.
You will collaborate with our team to build your own business one customer and account at a time, identifying and prospecting new customers, and continually taking care of existing customers.
You’ll assist Sales Representatives in determining the necessary resources needed for our customers to achieve sales objectives and then execute the plan. These resources may include educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.

Qualifications- 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
- Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
- Capacity to deal with competing priorities and potential to be adaptable as days change quickly.
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in a sales capacity.
- Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends, and some overnight travel).
- Highly organized and able to organize a busy schedule.
- Personal car required to transport product inventory and travel to support customers.
- Ability to learn from setbacks and develop tactics and strategies to minimize recurrence.
Base salary: $70,000‑$80,000 per year. You may be eligible to earn a bonus and benefits. Travel percentage: 20%.
