Inside Sales

Overview

At Pest USA, we've been delivering trusted pest and termite control services since 1971. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative who's passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and helping people protect what matters most—their homes and businesses.

• Reach out to new and existing clients, generating qualified sales appointments, and promoting our full range of services.
• Produce a high volume of outbound calls, nurture client relationships, and act as the voice of Pest USA to homeowners, builders, and real estate professionals in your territory.
• Work closely with our outside sales team to ensure leads are captured and followed through with consistency and care.
• Listen, ask the right questions, and present tailored solutions that reflect the needs of each customer.
• Apply creativity in lead generation and maintain a strong understanding of the local market to drive growth.

• Excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to exceed expectations.
• High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check, and meet all regulatory licensing requirements, which will be supported by the company.
• Previous experience in pest or termite control is helpful but not required—we’re ready to train someone with energy, ambition, and a can‑do attitude.
