We are seeking a motivated and organized full-time Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships, scheduling and coordinating service needs, and helping drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Schedule and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Review and approve work orders and compliance reports
- Monitor account activity and follow up on inspections and deficiencies
- Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain efficient operations
- Follow up on service agreement renewals and ensure client retention
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience required; must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose professional, accurate, and timely correspondence
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating multiple operations simultaneously
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or the fire protection/life safety industry preferred
- Proficiency in email communication and standard software applications
- Valid driver's license required
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
