Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Roswell, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our North American sales operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to our continued growth in the market. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Support the outside sales team with administrative and sales-related activities
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ERP systems
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and support business development initiatives
• Prepare and manage export and customs documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and other international shipping documents to ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations

• Associate`s or Bachelor`s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or a comparable position preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Fluent English required;
  German language skills are highly welcome
