• Experience with customer upgrades, activations, and account management preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting wireless devices, plans, and accessories that fit their needs
• Drive sales through product knowledge and consultative selling techniques
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets
• Stay informed on the latest wireless products, promotions, and industry trends
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
