Texas Hotel Management seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales team, develop comprehensive strategies, and maximize revenue across rooms, groups, corporate accounts, and events. The role builds key client relationships and ensures targets for occupancy and revenue are achieved.
You will own annual sales and marketing plans, negotiate contracts, mentor staff, partner with Revenue Management, and represent the property at trade shows and industry events to strengthen the brand.
