• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Manage access control at designated entrances by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs per location requirements.

• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communications systems to identify unusual activity and report concerns through established channels.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuation, medical response coordination, and incident documentation as directed.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance issues.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
