Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Rover Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe activity on the property, documenting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations through detailed reports and clear communication with property management and Allied Universal leadership
