We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in their craft and can perform in structured, high-accountability environments.

Our projects include federal and military installations where quality, safety, and execution standards are non-negotiable. If you show up on time, work hard, and know your trade—or are willing to learn—we will put you to work immediately.

What You’ll Do:

Install roofing systems (shingles, metal, low-slope systems)  Install siding systems (fiber cement, vinyl, composite, metal panels)  Follow project plans, specifications, and safety protocols  Work alongside project managers and crews to meet production goals  Maintain clean and organized job sites  Support repair, replacement, and new construction scopes

Ability to pass background check (required for base access)  Prior experience on government or military projects  OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
