Electrician Foremen – Industrial Construction Projects – Various Locations

Yates Construction is hiring Electrician Foremen to lead and coordinate industrial and commercial construction projects across various locations. This leadership role involves planning daily tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising crews in the field. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience in construction with at least 2 years in electrical supervision. Strong blueprint reading and job-site reporting are required.

• 8+ years of construction experience, 6+ years electrical trade experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience (external hires)
• NCCER Certification or equivalent formal trade training
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and ISO drawings
• Completion of required safety training:
  Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs and working in variable outdoor environments

• Completion of Yates Supervisor training (for internal candidates)
• Experience managing daily crew productivity and safety compliance
• Strong communication and organizational skills on large-scale job sites
