Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Chandler Residences in Roswell, GA. You will oversee general and advanced maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC) and respond promptly to resident service requests.
You must be available on‑call (weekends/nights with on‑call bonus) and participate in preventative maintenance. Requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance and 1–2 years supervisory experience; refrigeration cert.
