Responsibilities and Qualifications

Majority of our Electrician II positions are located throughout the state of Georgia and within major metropolitan areas, like Atlanta. We are seeking highly skilled, accomplished, talented, and savvy Electricians with 7+ years of solid electrical experience within the Commercial and/or Industrial sector(s). Electrician II must be able to perform the following work duties:

  • Installs and repairs Commercial and Industrial electrical systems. Must be highly skilled in electrical systems and have solid work experience in the Commercial and/or Industrial sector(s).
  • Responsible for interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and equipment installation. Must be competent in mounting electrical equipment correctly to mirror blueprint.
  • Can work independently and potentially train and supervise others—helpers. Must be well versed at laying out other electricians and can lead a team with clarity and transparency.
  • Responsible for detailed documentation and ensuring safety and compliance on the jobsite.
  • Experience in Wire Pulling and knowledge of voltage colors and panel numbering.
  • Efficient in Conduit Bending—able to install, bend, and run over 100’ feet of conduit per day without assistance.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of regulatory codes.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Skilled at crafting a material list for work to be performed.
  • Must have strong physical capabilities—lifting equipment, operating machinery, standing for extended periods, working in confined spaces, in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. minimum.
  • Problem‑solving, effective communication, keen eye for details, excels at building and providing exceptional service to the super, client, and other trades, and can lead a team of electricians.
