Role Description The Apprentice Plumber role is a full-time, position based in Roswell, GA. This role supports our licensed master plumber with installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water lines. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with troubleshooting plumbing issues, performing basic maintenance and repairs, handling tools and materials, and ensuring work areas are clean and safe. The Apprentice Plumber will follow instructions, learn applicable codes and safety procedures, and interact with clients professionally while on job sites.

The role also involves documenting work performed, supporting project timelines, and collaborating with construction and remodeling teams.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in plumbing, with the ability and willingness to learn residential systems and codes.
• Ability to work with pipes, fittings, and related materials, including measuring, cutting, and basic installation.
• Experience or aptitude in maintenance and repair tasks, including routine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school coursework in plumbing is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces, while following safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for full-time work hours.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and interest in developing a long-term career in the plumbing and construction field.
