Field Engineer

We are partnering with a leading provider of automated guided vehicle (AGV) and autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions, delivering innovative material handling and warehouse automation systems to some of the USA's fastest-growing logistics, manufacturing, and distribution businesses.

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer based in the USA to support customers across the East Coast, providing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for industry-leading AGV and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot AGV and AMR systems at customer sites
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software faults to minimise downtime
• Carry out preventative maintenance and emergency service visits across the East Coast
• Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to deliver outstanding technical support
• Complete service documentation and provide recommendations for system improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer within AGVs, AMRs, warehouse automation, robotics, or industrial automation
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, with the ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, or automated material handling equipment is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Based in the USA with the flexibility to travel extensively across the East Coast
