Job Description
Installation technician for a commercial equipment company. We perform commercial laundry equipment installations in the Southeast United States. This includes daily travel and some jobs that may require staying overnight in different states or cities. This job will be full time and can lead to a potential lead installation technician position. There is a 60-day paid training period and based upon the prospective employee's performance there will be a raise to their income.
The base salary for the training period is $650.00 a week, which is paid weekly through ADP with direct deposit available every Friday.
Tools, supplies and any equipment needed to perform the tasks are provided by the employer. Your PPE is your responsibility. We do require steel toe work boots, safety glasses, and gloves that you must provide for yourself. Face masks are not required but you can have them because we do deal with assisted living facilities, hotels, new construction sites, prisons, jails, federal government facilities and a lot of dust and lint.
Some requirements are a clean driving record, reliable transportation, a clean criminal background record, and some basic knowledge of tools. Any other things are not really necessary we can train you on everything you need to know. We are currently looking for one to two employees. The main goal is to hire and retain you and train you to become the team in a separate truck.
This is a potential career not just a job. We leave from a warehouse in Marietta, GA every day. Again, experience in the field is not a requirement we will train you fully on everything.
