Experienced Plumbing Technician​/Mechanic

Lee Company is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Technician/Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects. In this field/on-site role, you'll perform pipe fitting, fixture installs, water heaters, pumps, and backflow systems, diagnose leaks, and ensure code compliance and safety. You'll interpret blueprints, coordinate with GC and trades, complete work orders and documentation using mobile technology, and deliver high-quality, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures
• Diagnose leaks, clogs, and plumbing failures and perform timely, accurate repairs
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job specifications to plan and execute work
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety standards
• Operate hand and power tools, test equipment, and mobile technology safely and effectively
• Coordinate with supervisors, general contractors, and other trades on project schedules
• Complete work orders, documentation, and customer notes using digital systems
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow Lee Company's safety policies and procedures
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication and service on every job
• Support training, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the plumbing team
