Experienced HVAC Technician​/Mechanic

Lee Company is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician/Mechanic to install, service, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems on construction and facilities projects across the Southeast. In this field/on-site role, you will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, code-compliant work with high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues and perform corrective repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and team members to complete jobs on schedule.
• Document work performed, parts used, and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining findings and recommended solutions.
