BH Management seeks a Service Technician to assist with maintenance of multifamily assets. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliances, and assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance.
The role requires 6 months to 1 year in maintenance, HVAC certification (EPA Type II preferred or ability to obtain), and a valid driver’s license. Will travel to properties as needed and may work on-call.
