The Multi-Agency Alliance for Children (MAAC) is seeking a Youth and Family Coordinator for the PACT program in Savannah, GA. This full-time, exempt role will manage caseloads, coordinate action plans for youth, and link families with community supports to improve success at home, school, and in the community.
You will travel statewide, facilitate meetings, and develop safety and goal-oriented plans while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with partner agencies.
