• Have 2+ years of experience working as Lead.
• Develop efficient software using Java, C#, Python, .NET, Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs.
• Enhance and maintain on‑prem and internal PAAS applications, and re‑work them to AWS along project timelines.
• Help design and implement serverless patterns from containerized applications.
• Build industry standard APIs, establish and consume routing calls, connectivity protocols, and policy.
• Design, develop and implement architecture patterns optimized for SLAs, reliability, and cost.
• Anticipate future consequences of technical choices by looking upstream and downstream.
• Establish and grow a culture of software craftsmanship best practices, including TDD/BDD, test automation (unit and integration), continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Drive performance improvements through monitoring, metrics, problem analysis, and process changes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance with privacy rules and regulations early in development.
• Resolve and prevent technical debt aggressively.
• Engage in Agile activities such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve.
• Collaborate to share ideas, communicate critical information, listen, and seek clarification for shared understanding.
• Initiate and lead code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Create usable documentation and playbooks.
• Analyze trade‑offs between usability and performance, communicating these across the team.
• Optimize pace and meet project deadlines.
• Administer product upgrades and patches.
• Provide assistance and support to team members, including troubleshooting and maintaining production systems.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call support rotation.
• Handle multi‑threading and Step Functions in Java.

• Good PL/SQL skills.
• Java/Quarkus proficiency.
• Experience with DynamoDB.
• AWS expertise (Cloud Formation/ CDK, Lambda, Cloud Watch).
• REST API development.
• Design patterns (prepared maximum types).
• Strong analytical skills.

Focused on Java/Spring Boot, Java 8 version, MVC, and Microservices.

• Software developer who builds code using core Agile practices such as test‑driven development, continuous integration, polyglot programming, and microservice design.
• Focus on developing and implementing modernized specialized business applications.
• Front‑end and back‑end developer with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Software Engineer or related technical role.
• Professional experience with Angular 7 and versions higher than 12+.
• Professional experience with Java programming 8/11.
