Mobile Applications Developer II
Responsible for delivering innovative yet practical mobile apps and features, maintaining and enhancing existing mobile apps, following technology trends, and actively researching and recommending new features and technologies.
This position serves Rheem North America Division, located in Roswell, GA (Onsite).
Responsibilities- Produces fully functional mobile applications writing clean code.
- Writes unit and UI tests to identify bugs.
- Troubleshoots and debugs to optimize application performance.
- Design interfaces to improve user experience.
- Ensures that new and existing applications meet quality standards.
- Supports the entire application life cycle – concept, design, test, release, and support.
- Gathers and understands requirements, and recommends solutions.
- Keeps up-to-date on new technology trends.
- Researches and suggests new mobile products, features, and technologies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Computer Science or related field.
- Practical knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with applicable experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience as a mobile app developer.
- Experience releasing apps in an app store.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Java and Kotlin.
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience working in an Agile, TDD, or Dev Ops environment.
- Experience with ReactJS, React Native, and building progressive web apps.
