Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails / React)

We are seeking one or two experienced Full Stack Developers to support a newly acquired technology platform. This role will work closely with our engineering leadership, including the hiring manager, Michael Leiseca, who has extensive experience leading this technology.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Work with cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, to deploy and manage applications

• Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Experience working with newly acquired or evolving technology platforms
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
