Key Requirements- 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Service Now Developer/Administrator.
- Strong experience with:
- Service Now ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog/Request Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- Service Now workflows, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Direct experience participating in or leading Service Now implementations, platform rollouts, module deployments, or migrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework, change management, and process improvement.
- Experience with HRSD and CMDB is a plus.
- Service Now certifications preferred:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CSM)
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy Service Now solutions.
- Execute backlog items and automate processes using Workflow and Flow Designer.
- Enhance Service Portal/Employee Center and Service Catalog offerings.
- Maintain and optimize Knowledge Base structures.
- Support platform re‑implementation initiatives and third‑party integrations.
- Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and process documentation.
