Job SummaryUnder broad supervision, coordinates the delivery of automotive/equipment maintenance and associated fleet services.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Monitor Driver Check Reporting System – ensure driving violations are forwarded to the driver’s work supervisor for a response before the specified reporting expiration date.
- Monitor/coordinate the safety recall notification program – notify fleet coordinators and/or driver of any vehicle safety recalls; follow up as needed to ensure recalls are addressed.
- Maintain and monitor vehicle service records, receipts, mileage logs, etc. – ensure all receipts and/or reports submitted are filed electronically; to include reports submitted electronically and those routed via interoffice delivery.
- Monitor/Process Fuel PIN requests – activate and/or terminate fuel PINs in a timely manner, generally within 48 hours of request; utilize the Termination List to terminate gas pins, generally within 48 hours of request.
- Maintain the Back‑Up‑Key Storage Compartment – ensure the spare keys for agency vehicles located at Central Office are updated following the addition and/or surplus of vehicles.
- Monitor the No Fuel List – monitor the weekly No Fuel List for agency vehicles that have not been fueled in 60/90 days; reach out to the fleet coordinator to request the vehicle be fueled within the required time period and provide the appropriate documentation.
- Assist with other duties as assigned – assist with special projects and/or any fleet‑related duties that might require additional assistance as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED AND one year of experience in area of assignment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License.
