Warehouse Associate

Responsible for receiving incoming product, picking, filling orders, packing, shipping, and ensuring proper storage of inventory. Communicates with customers to provide world‑class service and operates according to safety policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
  • Stage deliveries and store all product in designated location.
  • Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
  • Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
  • Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork.
  • Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
  • Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
  • May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
  • Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash, cleaning parking lot and entrance.
  • Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
  • Ensure cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks and aisles through mopping, sweeping and washing.
  • Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal area, and recycling materials.
  • Clean and sanitize product per company standard operating procedure.
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
  • Follow all company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality and appropriate brand representation.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Non‑Essential Responsibilities
  • Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the company.
Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Professional Experience
  • 1+ years general work experience (preferred).
Skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time‑management to ensure completion of work.
Knowledge
  • General warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection.
  • Microsoft Office products (preferred).
Physical Demands
  • Sitting frequently.

  • Talking frequently.
  • Hearing frequently.
  • Lift or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Usage of hands and fingers.
  • Reaching with hands and arms.

  • Work closely managed and reviewed for accuracy and adequacy; follows specific, outlined, and detailed directions.
  • Under immediate supervision; performs assigned tasks as instructed, subject to regular performance checks.
  • Failure to accomplish results can normally be overcome without significant effect on the organization.
  • Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor and others in the group or department to give and receive information.

Compensation

Competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Proof of eligibility to work must be provided.
