Warehouse Associate

Mattress Firm is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing team in the retail mattress industry. In this on-site role, you'll unload and receive shipments, pick and pack orders, maintain accurate inventory, and help prepare products for delivery to stores and customers. You'll keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized while following proper lifting and safety procedures.

Working closely with sales and delivery teams, you'll ensure orders are accurate, on time, and meet our high customer-service standards in a supportive, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming mattress and bedding shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage customer and store orders accurately
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse aisles and storage areas
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Follow all safety, lifting, and handling procedures
• Prepare products for delivery, including wrapping and labeling
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to meet customer deadlines
• Use basic warehouse systems or scanners to track stock movement
• Assist with loading trucks and routing outbound shipments
