Salary $100,000 - $125,000 per year

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for a growing organization. This role will oversee the accounting function end-to-end, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities. The Controller will manage and mentor the accounting team while partnering closely with leadership to support business decisions and long-term growth.

• Oversee all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition
• Prepare timely, accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
• Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a hands-on leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel (Quick Books experience a plus)
• Prior Experience In Construction, Manufacturing, Or Project-based Environments Preferred
