Clinical Center Associate II

We're looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming team member to provide clerical support in one of our outpatient centers. In this role, you'll be an important part of the day-to-day experience for patients, visitors, and clinical staff. You'll help keep the center running smoothly by managing schedules, supporting patient interactions, and handling important administrative tasks. If you enjoy staying organized, helping others, and being part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this role is a great fit.

The starting annual salary for this position is $47,695 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to routine questions, and direct inquiries as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments to support clinic operations
  • Record and transcribe physician orders accurately
  • Support the co-pay collection process and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records while ensuring patient confidentiality
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative team members to support daily operations
  • Participate in team activities and help contribute to a positive, collaborative environment
