Outreach Assistant

Career Systems Development Corporation (CSD) seeks an Outreach Assistant to support recruitment and enrollment for Job Corps programs serving young adults. In this role, you will conduct outreach in schools and communities, share program information, and guide prospective students through the intake and eligibility process. You will maintain accurate records, coordinate with counselors and partners, and help organize events that promote education and career pathways.

Working in CSD's mission-driven, student-centered culture, you will contribute directly to helping participants achieve self-sufficiency through training and support services.
