Chaves County is looking for a qualified individual for a supervisory role in the Flood Control department. This position involves managing all operations related to flood control including planning, maintenance, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of flood control techniques and the ability to handle budgetary and personnel matters effectively.
Applicants are required to have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D. with five years of relevant experience. A B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to full-time employees.
