Mental Health Clinician– Roswell, New Mexico Local Pay: $ 53.00 /hour - W2 Travel Pay:

• Monday-Friday
• 8.00am - 5.00pm

• Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral health support.
• Assess and respond to suicide risk, self-harm, psychiatric symptoms, and behavioral emergencies.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and correctional staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide referrals, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care support as needed.
• Follow all facility, confidentiality, safety, and security requirements.

• Current, valid, active, and unrestricted New Mexico license as an LCPC, LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LAC, or LSW.
• Clean license verification / Primary Source Verification (PSV) in good standing.
• Relevant mental health, counseling, social work, or behavioral health experience.
• Correctional experience preferred; candidates with inpatient, psychiatric, crisis management, or crisis stabilization experience will also be considered.
• Current EBLS and CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check.
• Current resume documenting education, licensure, certifications, and relevant experience.
