The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care for patients in the Emergency Department. They maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel.

ER department Nights

Night Shift 6:30p - 6:30a

13-Week Assignment with a 36-Hour Guarantee, options for 48 hours, and blocked scheduling. Every other weekend required. Floating as needed.

Royal Blue

EMR:
Cerner, Mindray Telemetry Monitoring

Travelers must be more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.

• NM RN License
• NHIS Stroke, SAMA or CPI, ACLS, BLS, PALS & TNCC certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience
