LPN Responsibilities Include
  • Providing essential hands‑on care such as taking vitals, administering medications, and recording health histories.
  • Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Communicating with residents, families, and the care team about changes in health or behavior.
  • Monitoring residents’ health status and reporting needs to nursing leadership or providers.
  • Educating residents and families on treatments, medications, and care plans.
  • Applying and changing bandages to support healing.
  • Aiding residents with mobility and transfers.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential medical records.
