Spring River Rehab is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands‑on care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role is essential in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well‑being.

As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care in alignment with individualized care plans and regulatory standards.

• Accurately obtain, document, and report vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure, notifying licensed nursing staff of any changes.
• Assist residents with mobility needs, including safe transfers, ambulation, and repositioning in accordance with care plans and safety guidelines.
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Respond promptly and professionally to call lights and resident requests, ensuring timely and respectful care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Adhere to all facility policies, as well as state, federal, and infection prevention regulations.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Mexico, in good standing with no findings on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented clinical environment.
