Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Roswell, NM

This full-time (4 days/week) role offers flexibility, autonomy, and excellent earning potential while rounding in skilled nursing facilities.

• Fee-for-service (FFS) compensation: $102,000-$121,000+ with uncapped productivity
• Full-time benefits eligible

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

• Active NP or PA license in New Mexico with DEA
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong clinical foundation and excellent communication skills
