** Travel Rates:*
* Traveler Hrly Rate $25.10

Traveler Lodging $672.00

Travel M&I $413.00

Total Travel Stipend $1,085.00

Total Travel Pkg $2,002.60

Blended Rate $55.63

** LPN Details*
* + Full Time Schedules

+ Some weekends may be required

+ 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

+ Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

+ 1 day LPN (1 is pending offer: if she doesn't sign we may need an additional)

+ 1 night LPN

** LPN Duties*
* + Med Pass

+ Health Assessments

+ Sick Calls

+ Provides general nursing care to patients.

+ Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

+ Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.

+ Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.

+ Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.

+ May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.

+ Additional LPN duties given by Supervisor.

** LPN Qualifications*
* + Graduation from an accredited educational institution

+ Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State in  
** NM** . The license MUST be in good standing

+ 1 year of experience

+ Correctional experience preferred
