• Ensure high-quality products are taken care of and available for our members.
• Maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products.
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per Company policies; handle claims and returns; zone the area; receive and stock merchandise; setup, clean and organize displays; remove damaged goods; price merchandise and complete required audits and documentation; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying needs; locate merchandise and assist with purchasing decisions; resolve issues and promote Company products and services.
• Follow Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including proper handling of food, equipment operation and sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, and reporting issues to Management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with stocking and customer service; a passion for member satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
