This position is located in Roswell, NM at the Enterprise Rent a Car location (1017 S Main St, Roswell, NM, 88203).

• Competitive Compensation – Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,000 – $61,500 with an average 46‑hour work week, with opportunity for promotion and pay growth within the first 12 months.

As a Management Training (MT) participant, you’ll begin learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve both as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support and will engage in community outreach to build essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past three years, and no drug or alcohol convictions within the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must currently live in the Roswell, NM area, or be willing to relocate within the next 30 days.
• Must have a minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
