Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Install Helper who is interested in learning the trade and building a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
Position Summary
The HVAC Install Helper works alongside experienced HVAC Installers to assist with the installation of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to develop technical skills in the HVAC field.

• Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and mini-split systems
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork and related materials
• Follow instructions from lead installers and contribute to a productive team environment
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Assist with the removal and disposal of old equipment and job-site debris
• Communicate job progress and any concerns to supervisors
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a willingness to learn
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous HVAC experience is helpful but not required; training is available
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and working in various environments
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

• Mechanical, construction, or trade-related experience
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus

• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment required for HVAC installation work
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights when necessary
