Mobile Field Service Technician - Mexico

Job Title

Mobile Field Service Technician – sign‑on bonus of $2,500.

New Mexico. Applicants must be located within 60 miles of the state.

• Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures.
• Follow and promote The Terex Way values.
• Work on truck‑mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks, cranes, and other heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Manage personal schedule and support customers with repairs.
• Utilize current technology to support everyday work functions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic set of mechanical tools (sockets, wrenches, battery‑operated impact gun).
• Minimum of 2years of experience with heavy machinery or utility equipment.
• 2+ years of Field Service experience.
• Positive motor vehicle record; ability to pass an MVR.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT qualification.
• Willingness to submit for pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be located within 60 miles of New Mexico.
• 5+ years in a similar field (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Background in customer service.
• Experience with utility‑type equipment, including Genie and/or JLG.
• Extensive knowledge of Terex products (e.g., Hi‑Ranger, Tele Lift).
• Fluid Power Society certification (preferred).

• Varied hours; may be on the road up to 3–4 nights per week.
• Climb ladders and work over and under vehicles.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 40lbs.
• Work in different weather conditions and at moderate heights.

$27–$37 hourly, based on education, experience, and certifications.
