We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused automotive professional to join our team in a hands‑on service role. In this position, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail while helping deliver a positive experience for every customer.
What You Will Do- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns using appropriate tools and equipment
- Complete repair orders thoroughly and accurately, documenting work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations
- Follow all safety procedures, shop policies, and quality control standards
- Inspect vehicles to identify additional needs and ensure all work is completed properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Stay current on training, technical updates, and best practices
- Experience in automotive maintenance and repair, preferably in a dealership or high‑volume service environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Basic proficiency with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop software
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record, where permitted by law
- Manufacturer training or certification
- Automotive Service Excellence certification or equivalent credentials
- Experience working on late‑model vehicles and complex repair systems
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and inspection processes
