We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused automotive professional to join our team in a hands‑on service role. In this position, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail while helping deliver a positive experience for every customer.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns using appropriate tools and equipment
• Complete repair orders thoroughly and accurately, documenting work performed and parts used
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations
• Follow all safety procedures, shop policies, and quality control standards
• Inspect vehicles to identify additional needs and ensure all work is completed properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Stay current on training, technical updates, and best practices

• Experience in automotive maintenance and repair, preferably in a dealership or high‑volume service environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Basic proficiency with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop software
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record, where permitted by law

• Manufacturer training or certification
• Automotive Service Excellence certification or equivalent credentials
• Experience working on late‑model vehicles and complex repair systems
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and inspection processes
