Evidence of recent safeguarding /inclusion CPD essential

Clear understanding of Primary Phase pedagogy essential

Record of significant, recent, successful teaching experience within UK schools essential

Experience of working with pupils covering a broad range of abilities and backgrounds essential

Shows commitment to own professional development essential

Strong understanding of Early Years and National Curriculum essential
