, we’re not just cooking meals—we’re crafting experiences. As our new Chef Manager in our residential care home for elderly residents, you’ll lead the charge in delivering delicious, nutritious, and visually stunning dishes to our 48 residents every single day.

This isn’t your average kitchen role—it’s your chance to innovate, inspire, and make a real impact. This role is about more than food. You’ll build relationships with residents, understand their preferences, and create meals that bring comfort, dignity and joy.

Work-Life Balance: 40-hour weeks over 4 days, with every other weekend off to relax and recharge.

Shift times: 7am - 5pm (no late nights!)

Creativity Unleashed: Design menus, experiment with fresh seasonal produce, and cater to unique dietary needs with flair.

Learn New

Skills:

Develop chef skills and techniques to support our residents nutritional needs (IDDSI, allergens, texture-modified diets, fortified meals).

Lead Like a Pro: As Chef Manager, manage a talented kitchen team, keeping operations as smooth as your signature sauces.
