An experienced Commercial Gas Engineer will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive activities at commercial premises on our Rolls‑Royce contract in Rotherham.

• Carry out PPM and reactive work on a variety of commercial premises.
• Use own initiative and proactive approach to undertake all tasks.
• Assist with various reactive and PPM tasks as well as core combustion skills.
• Work as a conscientious and reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Domestic and Commercial Gas experience with relevant commercial qualification (COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of current gas regulations.
• Knowledge of a variety of commercial/domestic appliances and installations.
• Comprehensive technical skills and at least 3 years experience in commercial fault finding and rectification.
• Extensive experience with major manufacturers:
  Valliant, Powermatic, Riello, Broag, Combat, Ambi‑Rad, Ideal, Potterton, NuWay, Worcester, etc.
• Good all‑round heating systems knowledge; BMS knowledge desirable.
• Good plumbing skills.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills; flexible approach to client requirements.
• Prepared to work out of hours and participate in call‑out rota.
• Full UK driving licence.
