We are currently recruiting experienced Machine Operatives, including Dumper Drivers and 360 Excavator Operators, to work on a long‑term new build school project in Rotherham. This is a high‑profile project requiring a strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism, particularly due to the educational environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating plant machinery safely and efficiently while supporting the wider site team to deliver works on programme.

• Safe and efficient operation of plant machinery, including dumpers and 360 excavators
• Carrying out excavation, muck shifting, grading, and back filling works
• Assisting with drainage, foundations, and general earthworks
• Working closely with ground workers, supervisors, and site management
• Daily checks and basic maintenance of plant and machinery
• Ensuring all lifting and excavation works are carried out in line with RAMS
• Maintaining high standards of site housekeeping
• Complying with all site health & safety, environmental, and safeguarding procedures
